When we took over the management of this Frenchs Forest investment property, both the landlord and tenants were extremely frustrated. The tenants had moved into a property that had not been professionally cleaned and no ingoing condition report had been completed. Worse still, the landlord was unaware of these issues because communication from the previous managing agent had been so poor.
Our initial inspection revealed further concerns, including a non-compliant swimming pool, overdue smoke alarm compliance and an unsafe deck requiring urgent attention.

We immediately arranged the necessary contractors to address the safety and compliance issues. We also carried out a comprehensive inspection, documenting the property’s condition to establish a clear record for both the landlord and tenants.
