Before you spend money preparing your home for sale, it is worth understanding what buyers will actually notice. Some improvements can enhance how your home presents, while others may not change the final result enough to justify the cost.
Often, it is the simpler things that make the biggest difference. Fresh paint, better lighting, garden work, styling, repairs and decluttering can help your home feel fresh, complete, and ready to move into with nothing more to do for the next owner to do.
When I walk through your home, before we list it for sale, I look at it through the eyes of the buyer. My role is to help you prioritise the work that will improve buyer appeal, avoid overcapitalising, and get the timing right, so styling, trades, and photography all work together before buyers see the home.
If you’re thinking about selling, I can walk through your home and identify which improvements are worth doing before you list.
